GO WEST
“Together, we will fly so high. Together...to all our friends, goodbye. Together...we will start like new. Together...this is what we'll do. GO WEST! Life is peaceful there. GO WEST! In the open air. GO WEST! Where the skies are blue. Go West! This is what WE'RE GONNA DO!!!”
So, it seems that a lot of my friends have done exactly that, gone west. Not sure how I feel about that, except envy? No, just kidding. I've always thought about that, though right now, it's Seattle I'm dreaming about. In time. Is life really peaceful out there?P-P-P-PRESSURE
An un-pressured weekend spent playing softball (parts of it in a slight drizzle) with some old friends. It was so nice just to enjoy the time, not think about the pressures of work, time and planning. Guess that's been weighing heavily on me these days. Hence, the thoughts of moving; it's all part of continuing to grow: it's not just to "get away," but part of moving on with life, the next step in my own development. Wait, hEY, how'd this get here!?!?!?! I was talking about Saturday! Hehe..see? Restlessness pervades my thoughts incessantly. We celebrated Shirley's birthday on Saturday by playing some softball, eating some yummy Korean food, and playing some bowling. It's good to play!WEIRD MONDAY
Today was good. Odd, but good. The usual Monday-doldrums didn't hit me, and I thought I got a lot done at work. But, now that I reflect, it really wasn't all that much! And yet, I was busy all day. Hmm... I'm very puzzled.

are ya sure ur not experiencing the fall blues?? or escapism? tho i do agree that life's def. at a slower pace than nyc... make sure ya don't act upon the symtom of a deeper rooted problem...

it used to be that in my boston church, people went went to find their wives. LA mostly. hehehheh
